Called on Friday to explain the problem with my car (ignition switch), and make sure they could service it. I told them make and model. They referred me to a towing service, who towed the car there over the weekend. When I called on Monday, they said they don't do that kind of work and to take it to a BMW dealer. Because of their unprofessional approach to service, I paid for towing twice. Advice for anyone thinking of using Eakles Auto Care is to not use Eakles Auto Care.

Eakle's Auto Care is one of the few places that I feel comfortable taking my vehicles for repair. They listen to you when you are tying to explain a problem and will give good advise on repair needed. They have always competently done the work requested. They do care about your vehicles.
